For 4 weeks we will be studying some exciting strikes and blocks with bo staffs. We will be using foam bo staffs for safety.
If this is your first time in the bo staff class you will receive your very own bo staff.
Join us Fridays at the Sandalwood Mobile Home Park's Clubhouse room. $30 covers all 4 classes.
